摘要
本文利用先进的心理、生理仪器 ,巡回 14个省 (市 ) ,检测了 30 0 0余名汽车运输驾驶员的心理、生理素质状况 ,并调查了被检测驾驶员连续 5年的事故记录。经相关性分析和聚类数据处理 ,建立了适合我国国情的驾驶员适宜性检测体系 。
It is well known that automobile driver is the major factor of the road traffic safety. According to the theory of the suitability of driver, the purpose of detection of the suitability is to distinguish those accident multimaken automobile drivers by means of scientific diagnoses, implement reeducation and training of the drivers. For the purpose of making standards, the present paper first uses advanced detection instruments, sampling in 14 provinces and cities, detecting the mentality and physiological conditions of more than 3 000 drivers in transportation industry. The five year records of accidents related to them are investigated and instable data are deleted using eqn.(1).The statistics is then given (Table 1). The relativity analysis between the detection indexes and the accidents is studied by means of validity detection. Normal distribution hypothesis testing and variance analysis are used. The single detection standard for driver suitability (Table 2) consists of seven items,i.e. the velocity estimation, kinetosome eyesight, selective response time, selective response error times, night eyesight, depth consciousness and management identification. They are obtained by the Q gradually clustering method.It is suggested in the present paper that they may be used as the detection criteria for driver suitability. In the end, a comprehensive integrate detection standard of driver suitability described by a model(eqn.(4)) is derived through the standardization of the single detection standards(eqn.(2))and major component analysis(eqn.(3)).
