On basis of discussion for battle effectiveness of surface to air missile troops for many years,quantitative assessment conception for battle effectiveness of surface to air missile troops is put forward.The functional relationships among the main factors,which affect the battle effectiveness are given,and functional relationships among various kinds of factors and the main index are established,by using analysis method of weapon effectiveness.The quantitative analysis and assessment for the index of battle effectiveness(Q) is carried out,and concrete quantitative assessment methods for battle effectiveness are given.
