Programming Methods for Recommended Standard Encoding Ⅹ.409

本文介绍按照CCITT X.409推荐标准编码的两种程序设计方法。虽然它们是以有关电文处理系统(MHS)的X.400系列建议中的P1,P2协议为例来实现的,但是文中所提出的程序设计方法具有一定的通用性,它们同样适用于文卷传输访问和管理(FTAM)或虚拟终端(VT)等网络应用服务的编码。本程序采用PASCAL程序设计语言作为设计工具,并已分别在IBM4341机和DPS—8机上付诸实施。整个程序为模块结构,便于程序功能的扩充、修改和移植。

This paper introduces programming methods based on the CCITT recommended standard encoding X. 409. Althongh the methods are implemented according to the Message Handle System(MHS) on recommended protocols P1 and P2,they can be used for other service encodings in network applications,such as File Transter Aceess and Management (FTAM), Virtual Terminal(VT),etc. Each program is written in PASCAL language and constructed in modules. It is,therefore, easier to extend, revise and transport, it has been implemented separately on the systems IBM 4341 and DPS-8.
