摘要
本文介绍了检测车床导轨直线度的新方法。以微机为核心构成可靠的数据采集系统;经严格推导得到合理的数学模型;动态的连续检测代替了静止的分段测量。这些使新方法具有一定的先进性和实用价值。
This paper presents a new computerized data measuring system, in which a reliable mathematical model is used for measuring the linearity of lathe slideways. The dynamic and continuous detection is used instead of the static and sectional measurement of the lathe slideways. The new method may be widely used in the machine tool industry.
