摘要
提高运载火箭可靠性及总体效能和效费比,是多年来各国在航天领域研究的重点.在分析总结国内外武器系统效能评估的基础上,针对运载火箭的特点,建立了评估模型,采用多指标综合评价法进行评估研究.对于权重系数的确定,主要采用层次分析法和Delphi法(也称专家咨询法)相结合,确定各"子"指标相对于"父"指标的权重系数.本文较详细的介绍了火箭的评估模型,给出了评估方法,对于火箭效能评估的研究是一次有益的尝试.
To promote the weapon systems dependability, effectiveness, effectiveness and cost ratio, the questions has been studied for years in many countries. Here, based on the analysis of the former study, an analysis model was constructed, and an analytical method of administrative levels was introduced. A weight coefficient and the Delphi method was used to study the weight coefficient, so to decide the son index to the father index's weight coefficient.
