摘要 阐述了自适应模糊推理系统 (AdaptiveNetwork -basedFuzzyInferenceSystem ,ANFIS)网络 ,提出了最小二乘法和误差反传算法相结合的混合学习算法。混合学习算法提高了网络参数的辨识速度和网络计算的收敛速度。应用ANFIS网络建立了整套机载电子设备费用估算模型 ,并对整套机载电子设备费用进行了估算。估算结果表明 ,同通常的费用估算方法相比 ,此模型具有更高的准确性 ,并具有应用泛化能力 。 In this paper the adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) network is discussed, and a new mixed learning algorithm which combines error back propagation algorithm with least-square estimation is presented. This new algorithm greatly raises the speed of parameter identification and computation convergence. An avionic equipment cost estimation model is set up based on ANFIS network. The result shows that the ANFIS network model is accurate and feasible, and it can be applied to many other fields.
