黑素再生中药对白癜风患者免疫功能的影响

Effects of Chinese Medicine Melanin Regeneration on Immune Function of Vitiligo Patients

目的:探讨黑素再生中药对白癜风患者免疫功能的影响。方法:观察组和对照组健康者均服用黑素再生中药,观察测定黑素再生药品对体液免疫和细胞免疫功能的影响。结果:白癜风患者治疗后的免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG较治疗前有非常显著的改善(P<0.01),IgM变化无显著性。结论:黑素再生中药能提高机体免疫水平,具有降低体液免疫及增强细胞免疫等功能。

Objective:To study the effects of chinese medicine-melanin regeneration on immune function of vitiligo patients. Methods:Studied group and contrast group who were in good heath all took melanin regeneration. The curative effects of melanin regeneration on humoral immunity and cellular immunity were observed and tested..Results:After the treatment, the vitiligo patients' immunoglibulin IgA , IgG had very remarkable improvement than before the treatment (P<0.01), IgM changes little. Conclusion:The medicine can improve the physical immunity, lower humoral immunity and enhance the function of cellular immunity.
