退行性关节炎康复“一揽子”策略

This paper covers as much as possible,the nonsurgical treatment of degen erative osteoarthritis,including pharmacological therapy and physical therapy.We att empt to discuss,under the principle of evidence-based medicine,the various practical methods of treatment.In essence,a lot of treatment modalities do help our patients,though in small and limited magnitu de.By combining various ef-fective therapeutic techniques int o a “basket of therapies”,and thereby accumulate the positiv e effects of multiple treatment modalities,we can reduce the sufferings of our patients and minimize analgesic overdose,or early joint replacement.
