精神分裂症患者的暴力行为研究

Study of violent behavior admitted by schizophrenia with 182 cases

目的 探索精神分裂症患者暴力行为的特征、发生机理、及其预测。方法 采用回顾性研究方法 ,三名研究人员从1991～ 1999年的鉴定案例中挑出符合研究条件的案例 ,进行统计学分析 ,并结合国内外相关文献进行讨论。结果 符合条件者共 182例 ,主要年龄范围为 2 0～ 5 0岁 ,其中指向人身者占较大比例 (86 .2 % ) ,病理性动机和不明动机具有显著意义(6 6 .5 % ) ,暴力行为和精神症状关系较为密切。

Objective To explore the character, mechanism, prediction and therapy of violent behavior admitted by schizophrenia.Method 182 cases according with the requirement during 1997～1999 were retrospectively selected by three researchers,the data were statistically analyzed,and the researcher discuss the related question combing the related studies.Results Among the 182 cases,in which the main age ranged largely from 20～50 years, most violence behavior aimed at the human bodies, psychological and ambiguous motivation were conspicuous and psychological symptoms have consanguineous relationship with violent behavior,and there are some special character of the violence behavior.Conclusion There are some special character and much imperilment of the violent behavior admitted by schizophrenia.
