摘要
目的 :从新疆党参中提取多糖 ,并测定其含量。方法 :运用微波技术用水提醇沉法提取党参多糖 ,用酚 硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果 :测得新疆党参中多糖含量为 5 3.92 % ,平均回收率为 98.81% ,RSD =1.17% (n=3)。结论 :首次运用微波技术从新疆党参中提取出多糖 ,反应速度加快 。
Objective:The extraction and content determination polysaccharides of Codonopsis clematidea (schrenk) Clarke.Methods:Microwave Technique Applied in polysaccharides of Codonopsis clematidea (schrenk) Clarke were obtained by botwater extraction and ethanol precipitation, content determination with phenol virtriolic colorimetry.Results:The polysaccharides content of Codonopsis clematidea (schrenk) Clarke is 53.92%,recovery rate is 98.81%.Conclusion:Microwave Technique Applied in The polysaccharides of Codonopsis clematidea (schrenk) Clarke has been obtained for the first time.
