摘要
运用HPLC法测定安坤颗粒中芍药苷的含量。样品用 5 0 %乙醇超声提取 30分钟 ,在C18柱上以甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (30∶70∶0 .1)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 30nm ;线性范围为 0~ 0 .5 6 2 5 μg ;线性方程为Y =6 .92 8× 10 6X -4 .6 97,r =0 .9997;平均回收率为 99.36 % ,RSD =1.0 7% (n =6 )。该法简便、准确、重现性好 。
To apply HPLC to the determinination of the contents of paeoniflorin in Ankun Granules, a compound Chinese herbal preparation containing Paeonia lactiflora Pal. for the treatment of osteoporosis, by RP HPLC.The sample was shaken in an ultrasonic apparatus for 30 min.The contents were determined by HPLC,with column C 18 as statonary phase,methanol water glacial acetic acid(30∶70∶0.1) as mobile phase and UV detector at 230 nm.The content of paeoniflorin have a good linearity in the range of 0~0.5625 μg, Y=6.928×10 6 X-4.697, r=0.9997.The average recovery is 99.36% and RSD is 1.07%( n=5).The method is rapid, reliable and simple and can be used for the quality control of Ankun Granules.
