CT对眼眶内、下壁骨折的诊断价值(附42例分析)

The value of CT in diagnosing the fracture of medial and lower orbital wall

目的探讨眼眶内、下壁骨折的CT征象、诊断及临床应用价值。方法42例眼眶内、下壁骨折患者行CT扫描,男36例,女6例,横轴位扫描19例,横轴位加冠状位扫描23例。结果眼眶内侧壁骨折32例,眼眶下壁骨折18例。结论CT能清晰显示眼眶内、下壁骨质结构及骨折征象,对骨折部位、程度的发现与确定完全而精确,是当前眼外伤检查中性价比最高的一种方法,具有重要的临床价值。

Purpose To study the clinical value of CT diagnosing the fracture of medial and lower orbital wall.Methods 42 cases(36 male and 6 female)with the fracture of medial and lower orbital wall underwent CT scan,of them,19 cases received axial scan,23 cases received axial plus coronal scan.Results The fractures of medial and lower orbital wall were found in 32 and 18 cases,respectively.Conclusion CT scanning can well demonstrate the bony detail of medial and lower orbital wall including signs,location and extent of fracture.
