脊椎结核的CT表现

CT findings of spinal tuberculosis

目的探讨CT对脊椎结核的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析52例经手术、病理证实的脊椎结核CT表现,提出诊断和鉴别诊断要点。结果脊椎结核的主要CT表现有:骨质破坏、骨质硬化、死骨形成和椎旁软组织肿块或脓肿。碎裂型骨质破坏和椎旁软组织肿块或脓肿是脊椎结核的典型CT表现。结论CT能对脊椎结核做出准确的诊断与鉴别诊断。

Objective to evaluate the usefulness of CT scan in the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis.Methods CT findings in 52 patients with surgically and pathologically proven spinal tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed and then the gists in the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis were recommended.Results The main CT findings of spinal tuberculosis were bony destructions,marginal sclerosis,sequestration within bony destructions and the paraspinal soft tissue masses or abscesses,while fragmentary-like bony destructon and paraspinal soft tissue masses or abscesses were typical CT findings of spinal tuberculosis.Conclusion Based on CT findings of spinal tuberculosis,its possible early diagnosis or differential diagnosis is not difficult.
