摘要
介绍人工合成高分子材料聚乳酸和乙交酯丙交酯共聚物 (PLA/PLGA)及PLA/PLGA微球乳化分散制备技术 ,包括有机溶剂的选择、难溶药物的制备技术、复乳制备技术以及微球表面的乳化剂 (PVA)含量的测定方法等。
This article introduced characteristics of poly lactic acid (PLA) and poly lactide co glycolide (PLGA).PLA/PLGA microspheres prepared by solvent evaporation method were reviewed,including the selection of solvent,preparation of water insoluble drugs preparation of multiple emulsion and quantitative analysis of polyvinyl alcohol on the surface of microspheres.
