我院精神科药物不合理应用现象分析

Analysis of irrationality of clinical use of drugs in mental department of our hospital

目的 :为精神科合理用药寻找解决的方法。方法 :分析我院精神科临床中不合理用药现象。结果 :影响合理用药的原因有医师因素、药物因素、家庭因素、药师因素等。结论 :合理用药需要多方面人员的努力和配合 。

Objective:To search for a rational way to usedrug in mental department.Methods:To analyze the irrationality of clinical use of drugs in mental department.Results:We found that four factors contributed to irrational use of drug:physician's factor,drugs'factor,family's factor,pharmacists'factor.Conclusion:Rational drug use needs multi parts of people for efforts and cooperation,and a favourable environment.
