目的 研究死亡的家庭损失评价及其在流行病学上的应用。方法 设计家庭损失年数(FYPL L )、家庭损失指数和家庭损失归因危险百分比指标。应用这些指标排列死因顺位 ,描述疾病家庭损失的时间、地点和人群分布 ,比较不同地区的差异 ,探索危险因素。结果 FYPL L可用于排列死因家庭损失顺位 ,描述其时间、地点和人群分布 ;家庭损失指数能比较家庭损失的地点差异 ;家庭损失归因危险百分比能用于分析危险因素。结论 FYPL L计算简单 ,具有可加性 ,而且考虑到死亡年龄 ,把超前死亡对家庭的危害程度加以量化 。

Objective To study an assessment method of family impact of death and the application of family years of potential life lost (FYPLL) in epidemiology. Methods The indicators of FYPLL, index of FYPLL and PARP of FYPLL were designed. These indicators were utilized to compare the ranks of the cause of death and to describe the distribution of deaths in terms of time, location and different groups of the population and to analyze the difference of location and risk factors of family impact of death. Results FYPLL could be applied to compare the importance of death causes for family and to describe the distribution of family impairment of death in terms of time, location and different groups of the population. Index of FYPLL could be applied to compare the difference of location of family impairment of death. PARP of family impairment of death could be applied to analyze the risk factors of family impairment of death. Conclusions FYPLL is easily calculated and has additivity. It could quantify the degree of harm which family suffers from prematurely die. FYPLL is a good index in epidemiology and sociology.
