Identification of Jingzhirukang Capsules by TLC

目的 建立精制乳康胶囊的质量标准。方法 采用 TL C法对方中柴胡、青皮、香附、丹参、当归进行了鉴别 ;结果 在 TL C色谱中均能检出柴胡、青皮、香附、丹参、当归。结论 方法可靠 ,结果稳定 ,重现性好 。

Objective To establish the quality standards of Jingzhirukang capsules. Methods Radix bupleuri, Pericarpium citri reticulatae Viride,Rhizoma cypert, Radix salviae miltilrrhizaae and Radix agelilecae sincnsis were identified by TLC.Results Radix bupleuri, Pericarpium citri reticulatae Viride, Rhizoma cypert, Radix salviae miltilrrhizaae and Radix agelilecae sincnsis were determined by TLC.Conclusion This method is reliable and stable with a good reproducibility. And it can be used effectively for control the quality of this preparation.
