社会技能训练对住院慢性精神分裂症患者疗效观察

An examinatien of the efficacy of social skills training for chronic schizophrenic in patients

目的探讨社会技能训练对住院慢性精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法对32例住院慢性精神分裂症病人进行15周的旨在教授有效的社会技能治疗,总结一套系统的社会技能训练方法。结果59.4%的病人行为水平有很大改善,只有18.8%失败。阴性症状量表及角色扮演量表降分显著(P<0.001)。结论社会技能训练对病员减轻阴性症状,改善社会交往技能,提高适应性的自信水平等方面有一定效果。同时还分析了产生疗效的原因以及进一步提高疗效的办法。

Objective To explore the efficacy of social ski lls training(SST)for chronic schizophrenic inpatien ts.Methods SST was conducted in a group of 32chronic sch izophrenic inpatients in a structur ed fashion and the courses were 15weeks.Results59.4%subjects made good progress,whereas 18.8%su bjects failed to change.Scored on SA NS and Roleplay Assertiveness scale were decreased significanty(P<0.001).Conclusion SST is effective in treating negativ e symptoms,enhancing social functioning and improving overall asserti veness.
