The exploitation and sustainable supply of natural resources are the eternal subject in the development of human beings.International cooperation is the essiential way which ensures perpetual utilization of natural resources.On the basis of dialectic relationships of natural resources' sustainable development and international cooperation,the authors have analyzed international cooperation on causes and motivations ,essentialities and possibilities ,ways and present conditions,and thus given strategies and policies adopted in the process.
