摘要
优先发展住宅产业是目前我国一项十分重要的经济政策。对这一经济政策的理论依据及障碍因素进行了阐述和分析,并提出了相应的对策。
Priority development of housing industry is one of the most important economic policies in China. This article has presented and analyzed the basic theory and obstacle factors ,then put forwand some corresponding measures to this policy.
