摘要
采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备 Ce O2 - Ti O2 复合氧化物催化剂 ,取代贵金属催化剂在不同工艺下制备气敏催化元件 ,研究在 C4 H1 0 气氛中催化剂浓度和制备工艺对气敏催化性能的影响 .结果表明 ,Ce O2 - Ti O2 复合氧化剂具有气敏催化活性 ,用它制作的催化元件的灵敏度与催化剂浓度、载体焙烧温度及表面改性等因素有关 .选择最佳制备条件 ,其灵敏度相当于贵金属催化剂的灵敏度 。
CeO 2 TiO 2 co oxide,instead of platinum (Pt) catalyst,is prepared by sol gel methods to make gas sensing catalyst elements under different processing conditions.That catalysis density and the process to make affect gas sensing catalysis characterics in C 4H 10 gas are studied.The result shows that catalysis of CeO 2 TiO 2 co oxide possesses high gas sensitivity.The gas sensitivity refers to the density of catalyst,the sintering temperature of catalyst,carrier and surface characteristics improvement.The gas sensitivity of CeO 2 TiO 2 co oxide is as good as that of platinum catalysts by choosing the best making technology,and it has the anti toxic property gas.
