摘要 通过对 Vo IP技术和 Vo IP技术在邮政 185客户服务中心系统中的具体技术实现的简单介绍 ,阐述了 Vo IP技术对邮政 185客户服务中心系统的性能提升具有较强的支撑能力 ;同时还论证了客户服务中心系统向邮政电话商务平台转变的技术实现以及给邮政电子商务运营带来的可观价值。
