摘要
本文介绍了顺变柱体型三分量全光纤加速度地震检波器。该检波器由 1个质量块 ,6个顺变柱体 ,3套迈克尔逊干涉仪光路组成。其单一轴向的加速度可达 10 3rad/ g(其中 ,g为重力加速度 ) ,可同时检测 3个轴向的加速度 ax、ay、az,矢量合成得空间加速度 a,从而实现加速度的实时。
A three component all fiberoptic acceleration seismometer based on compliant cylindrs is introduced.The structure design of the three component seismometer are described.The seismometer is composed of a seismic mass,six cylinders and three sets of Michelson interferometer light path.Its any axial acceleration sensitivity can be measured up to 10 3 rad/g(where g is gravity acceleration).It can detect 3 axial accelerations a x,a y,a z simultaneously,and the acceleration a can be obtained by vectorial resultant.Thereby,real time and high precision detection for an acceleration can be realized.
