摘要 该文从常导磁悬浮车辆转向架在轨道不平顺激扰下的振动分析入手 ,分析了悬浮电磁铁悬浮气隙的变化特征。分析结果认为 ,常导磁悬浮车辆悬浮电磁铁吸力的调整范围有限 ,对轨道状态的跟随性较差 ,因此 ,必须对轨道梁的不平顺幅度和动态挠度进行非常严格的限制 ,才能保证高速运行状态下悬浮电磁铁不与长定子铁芯相撞 ,实现车辆的安全运行。迭加的综合轨道不平顺的最大限值就是名义悬浮气隙 (即 8mm~ 10mm)。 Analyzing from the vibration of EMS vehicle bogie exited by track irregularity, this paper analyzed the changing characteristic of suspension air gap of suspension electromagnetic iron. The results showed that the range of attraction force of suspension electromagnetic iron of EMS vehicle was limited and EMS vehicle was hard to follow guideway condition. Therefore, we must strictly limit irregularity and dynamic deformation of guideway beam in order that we can ensure that the collision will not happen between suspension electromagnetic iron and long stator core under high speed running and realize EMS vehicle's safe operating. The maximum limit value of integrated guideway irregularity which is iteratively added is normal suspension air gap (that is 8mm-10mm). The analyzing result could provide necessary reference for drawing the standard of construction and regularity of maintenance of way of guideway beam.
