新港船闸船舶通过量远远超出了设计通过量 ,为保证新港———海河的畅通 ,对过闸船舶的操纵提出了更高的要求 ;对过闸前的准备、特殊气候条件下过闸船舶相关的操纵要点进行了充分的总结。
The throughput of ships of Xingang lock of Tianjin is great larger than its design one, so that it raise more strict requirements of the maneuverability for the ships. The authors summarize comprehensively the preparation before passing and maneuvering essential in the special weather conditions.
