智能化柴油机发展概况和展望

State-of-the-art of intelligent diesel engine and its prospect

电子技术在船用柴油机控制方面得到越来越广泛的应用。在常规柴油机上 ,有电子调速器 ,监测报警和诊断系统等。电子技术进一步用于控制喷油从而取代传统的凸轮 ;用于控制排放以减少对空气的污染 ,从而出现了智能化柴油机 (IE)。现在 ,IE已走出实验室 ,安装于船上参加实际运行 ,MAN B& W公司已获得了 IE的订单。

Electronics is finding more and more application in marine diesel engine monitoring and control. There are electronic speed governor, electronic monitoring, detection, alarm and diagnostic system etc used for conventional diesel engines. Electronics is now further used to replace the traditional cam in controlling fuel injection, to control exhaust emission to reduce air pollution. They resulted in the so called intelligent diesel engine (IE). Now IE has walked out of laboratory and has been installed onboard ships for practical running. MAN B&W has secured first order for IE.
