技术法规、标准和合格评定程序是国际贸易的重要组成部分，也是《贸易技术壁垒协 议》（WTO／TBT）的主要内容。在我国即将加入WTO的形势下，交通标准化工作应据此找出 差距并研究相应的发展对策。
