乳腺癌细胞MHC-Ⅰ、MHC-Ⅱ类抗原检测及临床意义探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的 了解肿瘤细胞组织相容性复合物 (MHC) Ⅰ、MHC Ⅱ类抗原表达在乳腺癌发生、发展和转移中的变化。方法 应用流式细胞仪检测乳腺癌和乳腺纤维腺瘤组织MHC Ⅰ、MHC Ⅱ类抗原的表达情况。结果 MHC Ⅰ类、MHC Ⅱ类抗原在乳腺癌组织的表达均显著低于乳腺纤维腺瘤组织 ;MHC Ⅰ类抗原在淋巴结转移组表达显著低于未转移组 ,两组均显著低于乳腺纤维腺瘤组 ;乳腺癌Ⅰ期MHC Ⅰ类抗原表达显著高于Ⅱ期 ,Ⅱ期MHC Ⅰ类抗原表达显著高于Ⅲ期 ;MHC Ⅱ类抗原表达由Ⅰ期到Ⅲ期有降低趋势但在各期间差别不显著。结论 MHC Ⅰ类抗原的低表达与肿瘤的发生、发展和转移的关系密切 ,MHC Ⅱ类抗原的低表达与肿瘤的发展、恶化有关 ;检测肿瘤组织MHC抗原的表达 ,对观察预后、指导治疗 。 Objective To study the change of major histocompability complex (MHC) antigen expression in occurrence, progression and metastasis of cancer. Methods Expression o MHC class Ⅰ and MHC class Ⅱ antigen was detected by flow cytometry (FCM) in breast cancer tissues and breast fibroadenoma tissues. Results Expression of MHC class Ⅰ antigen and MHC class Ⅱ antigen in breast cancer tissues was remarkably significant lower than that in breast fibroadenoma tissues; the expression of MHC class Ⅰ antigen in tumor tissues with lymph node involved was lower than that of lymph node uninvolved; The expression of MHC class Ⅰ antigen at stage Ⅰ of breast cancer was higher than that at stage Ⅱ; the expression of MHC class Ⅱ antigen at stage Ⅱ was significantly higher than that at stage Ⅲ; The expression of MHC class Ⅱ antigen had a decrease tendency from stage Ⅰ to stage Ⅲ, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion There are intimate relationships between the lower expression of MHC class Ⅰ antigen and progress or metastasis of breast cancer. The lower expression of MHC class Ⅱ antigen is related to the progression and deterioration of breast cancer. It is of improtant significance for the detection of MHC antigen expression to judge prognosis and guide therapy.
