NOGO与中枢神经再生
摘要
NOGO基因编码一个抑制CNS轴突再生的蛋白 ,该蛋白有三种异构体 ,分别为NOGOA ,B ,C。由于掌握了这种完整蛋白及其基因 ,预计将准确地鉴定NOGO抑制轴突生长的部位、分子机制等。这为寻找更好的方法来阻止这种蛋白的作用创造了有利条件。
