动脉粥样硬化研究新进展:CD40-CD40配体 被引量:1

摘要 CD40 CD40配体广泛存在于动脉粥样硬化病变的各个阶段 ,并且与内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和单核 /巨噬细胞的功能密切相关 ;阻断CD40 CD40配体的相互作用可以抑制动物动脉粥样硬化的发生与进展。
