摘要 目的 探讨氧自由基与阿苯达唑对旋毛虫幼虫作用的关系。方法 应用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和硫代巴比妥酸法分别测定用药组及未用药组旋毛虫幼虫和病鼠肝组织、血清中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)含量的变化。结果 用药组病鼠体内旋毛虫幼虫中SOD和MDA的含量均有明显升高 ,与未用药组相比有显著性差异。病鼠用药后肝组织和血清中SOD和MDA含量略有升高 ,没有显著性差异。结论 阿苯达唑增强氧化损伤作用 ,有助于杀伤旋毛虫幼虫 。 Aim Studied on the relationship between oxygen free radical and albenedazle acting on T spiralis larve Methods The xanthine oxidase method and thiobarbituric acid method were used to determinate the changes of content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and amaldondialdehyde (MDA),in the larva of T spiralis,hepatic tissue from mice and serum of rats treated by albenedazle Results The contents of SOD and MDA in T spiralis larve were higher significantly than in untreated animales and as well as the hepatic tissue in mice or serum of rats treated by albenedazle Conclusion Albenedazle could increase oxidative damage The action conduced to kill the larve of T spiralis and also damaged to host
