摘要 目的 研究重组GST抗原对水牛的保护性及其防制血吸虫病的效果。方法 在洲垸亚型血吸虫病流行区 ,选择两个村居民役用水牛 ,试验组 96头水牛免疫重组GST抗原 ,对照组 90头水牛不免疫作对照 ;观察两组水牛血吸虫感染率、湖洲感染性钉螺密度等的变化。结果 试验组免疫 2 0个月后检测水牛 5 6头 ,感染率为 5 36 % ,比免疫前 (13 5 4 % )下降了6 0 4 1% ,比对照组同期 (16 6 7% )低 6 7 85 % ,试验组外洲易感地带感染性钉螺密度较免疫前降低了 71.4 3%。居民血吸虫感染率基本无变化。结论 水牛免疫重组GST抗原能产生一定的保护力 ,对降低水牛血吸虫病情有明显作用。 Aim A field study was carried out on recombinant 26kDa glutathione-S-transferase(reSjc26GST)as a vaccine candidate to explore the protection induced in Bos buffelus and to evaluate the effectiveness on the control of Schistosomiasis japonica.Methods Two villages were selected as test and control groups in dam-circle marsh type area endemic for Schistosomiasis japonica.The test group had initially 96 Bos buffelus vaccinated with reSjc26GST,and the control group 90 Bos buffelus without vaccination.The indicators included changes in infection rate of Bos buffelus and density of infected snails around embankment,etc.Results Fifty-six Bos buffelus were examined in test group 20 months after vaccination,with a infection rate of 5.36%.The infection rate of test group was decreased by 60.41% when compared with that before vaccination(13.54%)and 67.85% when compared with that of controls of corresponding period(16.67%).The density of infected snails in the high transmission area outside embankment of test group was decreased by 71.43% compared with that before vaccination.However,there was almost no change in the infection rate of villagers.Conclusion A certain protection induced in Bos buffelus after vaccination with reSjc26GST,Can play an significant role in ameliorating morbidity status.
