祛瘀消斑胶囊对血脂及血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响

Effect of Quyuxiaoban Capsule on Blood Lipid and Dependent Diastole Function of Blood vessel Endothelium

目的 观察祛瘀消斑胶囊对血脂及血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响。方法 观察 62例痰瘀互阻型周围动脉粥样硬化 (AS)患者 ,服用祛瘀消斑胶囊前后肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能和血脂的变化 ,以及两者之间的相互关系 ,并与3 5例健康人 (对照组 )进行比较。结果 治疗前AS组与对照组肱动脉基础内径及非内皮依赖性舒张功能指标无显著性差异 ,血脂指标 (TC和TG)差异显著 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ,内皮依赖性舒张功能显著减弱 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗后AS组与对照组比较各项指标均无显著性差异 ,AS组治疗前后自身比较 ,TC、TG和LDL -C显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,内皮依赖性舒张功能显著改善 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 祛瘀消斑胶囊在调节脂质代谢的同时可明显改善AS患者的内皮依赖性舒张功能。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Quyuxiaoban Capsule on blood lipid and dependent diastole of blood vessel endothelium. METHOD Changes in dependent diastole of brachial artery endothelium and blood lipid and the relationship between the two were observed in 62 patients with atherosclerosis before and after the use of the capsule, compared with 35 healthy persons as the control group. RESULT Before the treatment, there was no marked difference between the treatment group and the control group in the basal inner diameter of the brachial artery, dependent diastole of blood vessel endothelium and the blood lipid indexes TC and TG ( P <0.05), and the dependent diastole function of blood vessel endothelium decreased markedly ( P <0.01). After the treatment, there was also no marked difference between the two groups, but TC and LDL-C dropped markedly in the treatment group ( P <0.05) and the dependent diastole function of blood vessel endothelium improved markedly ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION Quyuxiaoban Capsule can markedly improve the dependent diastole function of blood vessel endothelium as well as regulating the metabolism of lipid in patients with atherosclerosis.
