不同粒径半夏抗肿瘤复方对人食道癌Eca109细胞生长影响的比较研究

Effect of Gross and Fine Powder of Compound Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae Praeparata Prescription for Tumor on Growth of Human Esophagus Eca-109 Cell

目的 观察不同粒径半夏抗肿瘤复方对体外人食道癌Eca -10 9细胞生长的影响。方法 以人食道癌Eca -10 9细胞为材料 ,用MTT法检测半夏抗肿瘤复方粗粉及细粉对体外人食道癌Eca -10 9细胞生长的抑制作用 ,并比较二者作用差异。结果 半夏抗肿瘤复方粗、细粉对人食道癌Eca -10 9细胞生长均有抑制作用 (OD值与细胞对照组比差异均显著 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,但两者之间作用差异不显著。结论 半夏抗肿瘤复方粗、细粉对人食道癌Eca -10 9细胞生长均有抑制作用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of gross and fine powder of Compound Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae Praeparata Prescription for Tumor on the growth of human esophagus Eca 109 cell. METHOD With human esophagus Eca 109 cell as the material, MTT method was used to observe and compare the inhibiting effect of gross and fine Compound Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae Praeparata Prescription for Tumor on in vitro human esophagus Eca 109 cell. RESULT The gross and fine powder of Compound Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae Praeparata Prescription for Tumor has inhibiting effect on the human esophagus Eca 190 cell, with marked difference between the treatment group and control group in OD value ( P <0.05), but with no marked difference between the two kinds of powders in action. CONCLUSION The gross and fine powder of Compound Rhizoma Pinelliae Ternatae Praeparata Prescription for Tumor has inhibiting effect on the human esophagus Eca-190 cell.
