Recent research achievements in molecular biology of plant pathogenic fungi

对近年来分子生物学技术在植物病原真菌研究中的进展进行了综述 .内容涉及植物病原真菌的种类鉴定、群体遗传、致病机理、发育调控及抗药性机制等方面 ,列举了代表性应用实例 ,并就植物病原真菌分子生物学研究的重要性及分子生物学技术在植物病原真菌研究中的广阔前景进行了展望 .

Research achievements of applying molecular methods to plant pathogenic fungi in recent years were reviewed in this paper. It involved classification and identification of pathogen,population genetics,pathogenic mechanism,adjustment of development,mechanism of resistance to fungicide and so on. Some typical examples were also enumerated. The research on molecular biology of plant pathogenic fungi is very important,and the methods of molecular biology open up broad prospects for the studies of plant pathogenic fungi.
