四金石韦汤治疗泌尿系结石101例

Treatment of 101 Cases of Urolithiasis with Sijinshiwei Decoction

目的 观察自拟四金石韦汤对泌尿系结石病人的治疗效果。方法 采用随机分组对照方法。治疗组 10 1例应用自拟四金石韦汤治疗 ,对照组 95例应用西医常规解痉、消炎、止痛、利尿治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率为 97.0 3 % ,对照组为 77.89% ,治疗组明显优于对照组 ,有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。

OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of self-prepared Sijinshiwei Decoction in treating urolithiasis. METHOD The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 101 patients treated with Sijinshiwei Decoction, and a control group of 95 patients treated with western medicine. RESULT The total effective rate obtained in the treatment group and control group were 97.03% and 77.89% respectively, with marked significance ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION Sijinshiwei Decoction is effective in treating urolithiasis, and further study and development is indicated.
