局麻下行鼻腔手术的术中护理探讨

Intraoperative Care in the Nasal Operation

目的:探讨局麻下行鼻腔手术术中护理的必要性和方法。方法:对54例局麻下行鼻腔手术患者,经术前访视、交谈了解一般资料及对手术的认识等。术中应用心电血氧监护仪持续观察血压、心率、血氧饱和度,同时记录患者有何不良的反应。结果:54例中有49例(90.7％)鼻腔浸润麻醉时有明确不适或心慌,以老龄患者表现尤其突出,监护结果表明:血压、心率及血氧饱和度在手术开始30min内有显著变化;结论:局麻下行鼻腔手术术前访视和术中护理观察及心理护理是非常必要的。

An approach to the method of intraoperative care in the nasal operative with local anesthesia. The case history, anamnesis, mentality condition and patient's understanding of the operation were analysed comprehensively. The blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation of blood were observed continually with anaesthesia mornitor and untoward reaction was recorded at the same time. Most of the patients (49/54) with local anesthesia felt fluster and discomfort. The changes of blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation of blood were obvious at the first 30min. The preoperative visiting and intraoperative care were extremely necessary.
