摘要
利用金霉素链霉菌在 5 0L自控发酵罐中发酵生产金霉素。分析了发酵过程的糖、氧、氮和磷的代谢特性以及菌体生长和金霉素生物合成的规律。结果表明 ,菌体前期的代谢控制显得非常重要 ,并对金霉素合成的整个过程起决定性作用。在参数相关理论的基础上 ,通过对发酵过程的实时优化 ,适宜增强前期的菌体生长 ,使物质代谢流有利于流向金霉素形成的途径 ,从而使金霉素的产率 (效价 )提高了 10 .3%。
Chlortetracycline (CTC) was produced by Streptomyces aureofaciens in 50 liters fermentor. The metabolic charateristics of carbohydrate, DO, NH 2 N and dissolved phosphorus, and the regulations of cell growth and CTC biosynthesis were analyzed. The results showed that it was important for controlling of the initial stage of cell metabolism and it was also crucial to the whole CTC biosynthesis process. The growth of cells in the initial stage of fermentation was properly enhanced using real time opitimization strategy based on related multi parameter. The metabolic flux was favourable to lead to the pathways of CTC biosynthesis and the yield of CTC was increased by 10.3%.
