三倍体山杨根蘖育苗技术的研究

Studies on seedling cultivation techniques of root sucker of Populus tremula×P.tremuloides

1999年开始对三倍体山杨进行根繁育苗研究。试验共选用了扦插根段法、春季起苗地剩余根段自然萌发法和苗木根系铲断促萌法 3种方法。结果表明 ,扦插根段法以长度 10cm、粗度 0 .8～ 1.0cm的根段出苗率最高 ,1株 1年生苗用根段扦插法最多可繁殖苗木 11.35株 ;春季起苗保证苗木根长 2 0cm ,其余根段留于土中 ,未经任何整地措施 ,待其自然萌发 ,秋季调查可生产苗木 85 0 5 0株 /hm2 。采用以上两种方法结合使用 ,可降低三倍体山杨的育苗成本。

The seedling cultivation experiments of root sucker of Populus tremula×P.tremuloides have been studied since 1999.In the experiments,using three types of methods including root segments cutting,natural germination of residual root segments at the lifting zone in spring and promoting germination by cutting root,the results shows:that using the root segments cutting which length is 10cm and diameter is 0.8～1.0cm led to the best birth ratio of seeding,which could produce 11.35 plants from one segment of 1-year old seedling.Making the seedling root 20cm length when lifting in spring and remaining the rest root in soil which germinate naturally without any ground preparation,survey in autumn showed that producing 85 050 plants per hectare.It can reduce the cost of seedling cultivation by above methods.
