摘要
介绍了二硝酰胺铵 (ADN )的液相凝聚成球方法 ,并对球形ADN的吸湿性、感度 (撞击、摩擦 )、粒度分布以及颗粒表面进行了测试和分析。结果表明 ,球形ADN吸湿性、感度优于非球形ADN。用这种方法制得的球形ADN粒径为 5~ 80 0 μm。
A method of producing prilled ADN with liquid organic compound as medium is presented.Hygroscopicity,particle size distribution,impact sensitivity,friction sensitivity and surface structure of prilled ADN are studied.Results show that prilled ADN has lower hygroscopicity and sensitivity than flake or needle ADN.Prilled ADN with particle sizes from 5μm to 800μm can be produced in this way.
