摘要
研究了可编程控制器PLC如何用于调速供水控制系统 ,以解决高层建筑供水问题 .为此 ,设计了一种多泵调速供水系统 ,其核心器件为日本三菱公司的F12 0ER ,通过扩展该PLC器件的输入输出点数 ,增加模拟量处理单元以及模块化软件设计 ,可以实现系统的控制功能 .该系统可通过调节供水量实现供需的动态平衡 。
How to use PLC in speed adjusting water supply control system to solve the problem of water supply in a pile is researched.So a certain multi pump speed adjusting water supply control system is designed.Its center unit is F 120ER,which can enlarge the point numbers of input and output,add the simulation processing units and modularize the software,and then realize the control function.This system can adjust the capacity of water supply to realize the dynamic balance between the supply and requirement.
