摘要
介绍了主要用于铁磁物质表面非磁性涂层厚度的测量的数字式霍尔集成厚度传感器的结构、原理及单片机控制系统的设计方法 .该测量系统采用霍尔元件与U形永磁体构成测量厚度的传感器 .由单片机作为数据采集、处理及显示的控制核心 .该系统具有测量接触面小、速度快、精度高、数字显示。
The structure,principle of the digital Hull integrated thickness sensor mainly used for measuring non magnetic coat thickness on the surface of iron magnet material and the design way of the single chip microcomputer control system are introduced.The measure system used Hull component and U shaped permanent magnet to form the sensor for measuing thickness.The control core of the data collection,processing and display is a microcomputer.The measure system has the merits of the little measure contact area,quick measure speed,high measure precision,data display and automatic error compensation.
