摘要
在锦 /涤双色布的一浴法生产中 ,分散染料对锦纶会产生沾污现象。探讨了 p H值滑动剂、尼龙污染防止剂、匀染剂的用量及染色温度和时间对锦纶的沾污影响情况 ,并提出了改进措施。
Disperse dyes will contaminate nylon during dyeing nylon/PET blends with two tone effect in one bath. The influence of pH modifier, anti staining agent for nylon, levelling agent, dyeing temperature and time to nylon contamination were discussed. The improved measures were put forward.
