摘要
探讨了适用于灭菌乳的商业无菌检验方法。对样品在保温前后的某些状态指标进行测试、对比,从而评价其中微生物的增殖情况。结果表明,该方法较GB4789.26简便易行,周期短,能够直观、全面地反映灭菌乳的卫生状态。
The article probes into the examination method of commercial sterilization of sterilized milk.Some particular quality terms of the sample are tested and the comparative results of those before and after incubation can assess the growing tendency of microorganisms in it.The results show that this method is simple and easy to be applied,with short period compared with the method described in GB4789.26,and can assess the hygienic state of the sample directly and overall.
