摘要
在NH2 OH·HCl-NH3 ·H2 O(pH =9.10 )体系中 ,钴 (Ⅱ )产生一灵敏的还原波 ,其峰电位为 - 1.12V(vs,SCE) ,钴浓度在 1.0 10ppb范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系 ,检出限可达 0 .5ppb .本方法用于维生素B12 和模拟样中痕量钴的测定 ,结果满意 .
The sensitive reduction is formed in the NH 2OH·HCl-NH 3·H 2O(pH=9.0).The peak potential is -1.12v(vs SCE).The linear relationship between peak current and concentration for cobalt existed over the range of 1.0~10ppb.The detection limit is 0.5 ppb.This method has been applied to detection vitamin B 12 and trace cobalt with satisfying results.
