Influence of the War in Afghanistan on the Development of Economy in China

“９．１１”事件引发美国轰炸阿富汗的战争将对中国经济的发展造成许多不利影响， 主要表现在：⒈“上海合作组织”机制下的中亚经济圈的良性发展受到影响；⒉中国西部开 发失去“和平运作”的大环境；⒊中国经济发展进程受到影响；⒋中国成为国际资本安全“ 避风港”的良好机遇受到冲击。因此，中国必须及时拟定对策，尽量避免这些负面影响的扩大。

The September 11th attack aroused the bombardment of the United States to Afghanistan, which brought about disadvantages to the development of C hina's economy as follows: 1.the unfavorable influence on the development of ec onomy in middle Asia under the mechanism of the Shanghai Cooperation Organizat ion(SCO); 2.the lost of a peaceful implementation in the development of the West ern parts of China; 3.the hindering of the progress of Chinas economy; 4.the c hallenge of the unfavorable circumstances in China's becoming a shelter for int ernational capital.
