摘要
文章报道了沼液对油菜、辣椒、白菜、韭菜、生菜和番茄六种蔬菜种子发芽的影响研究。结果表明 ,较低浓度的沼液可以促进蔬菜种子的发芽 ,有利于芽的生长 ,提高秧苗素质 ,芽表现出茎高、叶宽、茎粗、根长和根数多等特点 ;较高浓度的沼液则抑制蔬菜种子的发芽与芽的生长 ,在 1 0 0 %沼液中 ,番茄、生菜、韭菜和白菜种子完全不能发芽。发芽适宜浓度为 :油菜、辣椒和番茄种子低于 30 % ,生菜和韭菜种子低于 2 0 % ,白菜种子则低于 1 0 %。沼液浓度高于 70 %时 ,对蔬菜种子发芽均表现出明显的抑制作用。
The paper discusses the influence of biogas fluid concentration to the germination of six varieties of vegetable seeds, namely the seeds of rape, chili, Chinese cabbage, leek, lettuce and tomato. The experiments show that relatively low concentration can boost the vegetable seeds to germinate and it is also favorable for sprout growth and seedling improvement. High and thick stems, wide leaf blades, long and numerous roots feature the sprouts. On the contrary, relatively high concentration can inhibit both seed germination and sprout growth. The seeds of tomato, lettuce, leek and Chinese cabbage absolutely can not germinate in biogas fluid with 100% concentration. The optimum concentration for the seeds of rape, chili and tomato should be under 30%; that for the seeds of lettuce and Chinese cabbage must be under 20%; that for Chinese cabbage seeds is below 10%. When biogas fluid concentration is above 70%, it casts noticeable inhibitory effect to the germination of all the experimented vegetable seeds.
