摘要
运用波动光学原理导出了锯齿型闪耀光栅的衍射光强公式 ,并对结果进行了讨论 .发现闪耀光栅的衍射规律与非闪耀光栅衍射规律显著不同 ,衍射光只有一个主极大 ,闪耀角的变化可以改变衍射最大光强和最小光强的位置 ,这对于制作光栅阵列照明器件和光栅减透膜有一定的实际意义 ,对于普通物理的教学也具有指导意义 .
In this paper, using wave optics theory derives the diffraction formula of the zigzag blazed grating. It is found that the diffracting law of the zigzag blazed-grating is different to general line grating's law. The diffraction intensity only has a main maximum. But the change of the blare angle can shift the position of maximum diffracting intensity and minimum diffracting intensity. These results have not only the definite meaning in practice to make the devices of array illumination and the film of decreasing transmission light but also the direction meaning in theory to teach the based physics.
