摘要
采用甲苯胺蓝染色 (TB)和阿尔新蓝 -番红花红 (AB -S)染色法研究了孕 17d ,18d ,19d ,2 0d和娩后0 .5d ,1d ,2d ,3d时子宫内肥大细胞的数量变化 .结果表明肥大细胞的数目于分娩前剧增、分娩后 (0 .5d)急剧减少、以后 (1～ 3d)又快速回升 ;娩后 0 .5d小鼠子宫肥大细胞数目与分娩前相比差异极其显著 (P <0 .0 1) .提示子宫肥大细胞可能参与了分娩过程以及分娩后子宫内膜的修复 .
The changes of mast cells number were observed by toluidine blue staining and alcian-safranin staining.The results showed that the number of mast cells increased significantly before delivery,decreased suddenly during delivery and increased from the first day to the third day after delivery.It suggested that mast cells might take part in delivery and the renovation of endometrium after delivery.
