川芎在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症治疗中的应用

The Usage of Chuangxiong Ing the Treatment on Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy

目的 :观察川芎对妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症患者的治疗及不良反应。方法 :对 12 8例妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症孕妇随机分为两组 ,川芎治疗组及对照组 ,各 6 4例 ;观察治疗前后脐动脉血流 S/D比值和阻力系数 RI的表化、不良反应及妊娠结局。结果 :予川芎治疗后 ,患者胎儿脐动脉 S/D比值和阻力系数 RI低于治疗前及对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;分娩孕周延长、新生儿体重增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,且不增加产后出血及围产儿死亡率。主要不良反应为恶心、头痛、面色潮红等 ,占 5 % (16 /6 4 )。结论 :川芎作为对妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症的辅助用药 ,效果明显 。

Objectives:To observe the efficacy and side effects of Chuanxiong in the management of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP).Methods:128 pregnant women with ICP were assigned randomly to control group(n=64)and Chuanxiong group(n=64).By using color Doppler flow image technique,systolic/diastolic ratio(S/D) and resistance index(RI) of umbilical artery were measured in two groups before and after treatment.At the same time,its side effects and the outcome of infants were studied.Results:After treatment with Chuangxiong,S/D and RI decreased significantly compared with control group and before treatment( P <0.01).Meanwhile,both gestational age and weights of infants increased( P <0.05).The side effects mainly include headache,nausea and flush with a incidence about 25%(16/64).Conclusions:Chuangxiong is effective for the management of ICP and relative safe for mother and fetus.
